- On September 20th, an issue occurred on Khala network which caused some Workers to extend the Stake lock-up time.
- Due to the issue, 102 Workers' $PHA were locked up and have not been released since.

Phala Network is proposing a bounty system to compensate expert advisors for their work. The bounty is split into two tasks: one for previous work and one for future work. The first bounty is for work done from March to October 2021, and the second bounty is for work from November to December 2021. The expert advisors hold important knowledge in growth management, strategic and economic analysis, technical support, and dev education.
