A group of Phala members and ambassadors from Italy noticed that there is no telegram bot that can monitor the performance of a staking pool and/or vault, especially regarding APY / APR stats. They plan to propose the development of a telegram bot that can be used by the entire Phala community that can handle general statistics on Phala/Khala, monitor a single pool or vault, and provide private notifications. They will use Phala GraphQL API, Polkadot API for Node.js, and Coingecko API as data source providers. They propose 10k PHA as reimbursement for this activity, which includes bot development, management, and VPS rent for one year. After the first year, they can generate a new proposal only for server maintenance, and no other cost will be due.

- They want to work with Phala to offer Phala coin as a payment method on their marketplace.
- They also want to research how they can use their computing power to support Phala's ecosystem.
- They are interested in using their computing power for AI picture generation and charging fees for it.
- They will use 2 experienced developers for the research, and the results will be presented in documentation within 10 working days.
