They plan to introduce Phala World via condensed infographics with full information, analyze and compare smart contracts and Phat Contract, create weekly information and on-chain data about Phala Network, Phat Contract, and Phala World, and more. They will also support updating all the news of Phala Network on the Twitter page during the month by working together. They have a monthly package that includes 10 graphics in the first month and 5 graphics in the next month, news support, and retweet support. Tiktok Video Clips and Telegram posts will be launched depending on the need of the PHALA team.

Khala should have 1 billion PHA supply, but there are still 463.2 million PHA locked for mining subsidy and 38 million locked for crowdloan reward. Khala's total supply should be 498.8 million PHA. However, there is an imbalance in the supply due to the miscalculation in the initial bridge launch. In this proposal, they will fix the 6 million PHA imbalance and add the 38 million crowdloan funds to the reservation.

Polkadot Decoded 2022 is an event that happened on June 29th and 30th, 2022, with online and in-person events in different cities worldwide.

Phala had two talks and booths in Hangzhou and Buenos Aires, and co-hosted side events in Seoul, Hangzhou, and Berlin.

Phala met many web3 enthusiasts at the event, introduced phala and phalaworld to them, and met many potential partners.

The expenses during Polkadot decoded included all members' tour expenses, and the total cost was $19420.3 or 151,756.6 PHA based on the 7-day average price on Coingekco.

Attending events like this is important for Phala to gain exposure and generate ideas for growth.
