Phala is a blockchain project that wants to distribute more tokens to the community and miners. They want to use the Treasury to support those who help make the network successful. They are proposing a bounty system to compensate expert advisors for their work. The advisors have important knowledge in growth management, strategic and economic analysis, technical support, and dev education. 

Different skill sets are required to help the Phala ecosystem, such as growth, research and analysis, and technology and product. They have proposed three tasks to accomplish these goals. 

Task 1 is about growth and is led by Zoe. The mission is to activate the European market and acquire more reputation in Europe for Phala. The budget is 25k PHA and the time frame is Nov.- Dec. 2021. 

Task 2 is about dev support and is led by Joe. The mission is to give tech support to the team and help to build a technical community. The budget is 25k PHA and the time frame is Nov.- Dec. 2021. 

Task 3 is about research and analysis and is led by Jonas. The mission is to complete related research on the Phala project. The budget is 25k PHA and the time frame is Nov.- Dec. 2021.

Phala is a blockchain project that wants to distribute more tokens to the community and miners. They have a plan to use the Treasury to support those who help make the network successful. They want to compensate expert advisors who provided professional opinions, industry experience, and guidance for a successful inception of the network. They have created a Bounty system to reward expert advisors for their contributions in growth management, strategic and economic analysis, technical support, and dev education. The Bounty system will be split into different stages of sub-bounty. The incentives for expert members will only come from the bounty program of the treasury, and rewards will be given based on their contributions. The expert advisors will help Phala in the long-term development of growth, technology, and analysis&research, and establish reputations in the crypto world.
