Phala Network is applying for a bounty to expand its community and reward outstanding contributors. The bounty will be used to incentivize Phala Senior/Ambassadors, community contributors, event/activity participants, and contributors of the miner community. The purpose of this bounty is to grow the Phala community, expand its influence globally, and further develop the Phala ambassador organization. The budget for the bounty is a maximum of $2,000 worth of PHA/month for active Senior Ambassadors and $2,000 worth of PHA for community educators/developers. The milestones for Q1 were to grow the number of ambassadors to 40+ people and to grow to 50,000 community users. As of Q2, Phala has established a global community of more than 45,500 people, including Telegram and Discord groups. Phala will need a lot of educational content in Q2, and huge bounties are awaiting anyone who can contribute with well-made content creations.

Phala team has applied for a bounty from Khala Treasury to encourage two developers in the community who have made products to help miners and delegators monitor their own StakePools/Delegations. The problem is that miners and delegators have no other way to monitor their secure workers and earnings, respectively, other than looking at Phala APP. There are no special calculators and screening signs to help delegators choose their preferred stakepools. The proposal objective is to allocate 11,500 PHA for the Phala status check bot on telegram which is made by KyleYoon#3912. The bot can check pools/workers' status and alarm, register the corresponding pid to monitor the status of these stakepools and workers in stakepools, and notify you as soon as a problem occurs. The milestones include chain state crawler implementation, configuration app implementation, and adaptation to Gemini Tokenomics.

Phala team has proposed a bounty to reward two developers in the community who have created helpful products for miners and delegators.
Miners and delegators currently have limited ways to monitor their secure workers and earnings, respectively.

OnFinality - High Performance Public Infrastructure (Q1 2022)

Phala Network participated in the PBWS event in Paris, France from April 13-14, 2022. They met many excellent projects and promoted the influence of Phala in the industry. They also prepared souvenirs for the participants and printed manuals in both French and English. Phala was honored to be part of the Polkadot Ecosystem talks (PBWS side event) during the Paris Blockchain Week. The expenses for the event were 112,803 PHA, which included transportation, accommodation, booth, sponsorship, printing, and shipping. The founder Mavin Tong insisted on introducing Phala, Phala's products, and PhalaWorld at the booth even when he was sick.

SubSquare is trying to add remote assets to Khala and has upgraded the runtime to fix a previous problem. Here are the assets they are trying to add:

1. KSM (Kusama's native token)
2. KAR (Karura's native token)
3. BNC (Bifrost's native token)
4. ZLK (Zenlink token on Bifrost)
5. kUSD (kUSD on Karura)
