Context of the proposal Polkadot's head ambassador, Lorena, on behalf of the Spanish community, invited Rafael Cabilla to participate in the Buenos Aires event to represent a project with a stand to publicize the project.
Problem statement The two ambassadors who reside in Argentina, but not in Buenos Aires, lack financial resources and need resources to pay for travel expenses and items to be able to carry out the representation of a stand.
