This motion will try to re-execute:

• Motion 178, which was succeeded and fast-tracked but the external proposal was not voted in time.
• Motion 177, which was succeeded but the transact weight limit is too low.
• Motion 176, which was succeeded but the external proposal was overwritten.
• Motion 174, which was failed because it should be a external referendum instead of a simple motion.
