Seems like a register apply.

I'd love to support more registers than just me, but I have some worries:

• No one knew who is this register, so how can we trust the verification result?
• If the register wants to keep anonymous, then he/she should proposal a process for verification logic. Which situation is "reasonable level" and which is "familiar"?

Before there are more content been updated, I'll suggest "Nay"
